To finalize the Mini Vacation Saga…
On Sunday night, I was able to enjoy one of the famous truck meals my husband raves about. When my husband’s construction crew is out of town they pool together their camping supplies and cook some crazy meals for one another on the beds of their trucks. I always hear all about the concoctions these boys come up with and I finally had a chance to enjoy one. It don’t get more country than that ya'll! Of course, I had to blog about it.
We had lobster broiled in butter and a can of beer. Coming from a long line of hillbillies, I am pretty sure I just made them very proud! J It was so very delicious that I mimicked their recipe for my parents when I got home. It’s probably my new favorite way to prepare lobster. And for dessert we had my personal favorite Tiramisu!
Since it was such a fine dining experience I made sure to put on my very best…
It’s a pretty snazzy outfit, isn’t it? I bet you’re ridiculously jealous of my style and can't wait to head to the nearest feed store to pick up your very own Carhart.
Even though Sunday night’s dinner required little to no utensils, I really enjoyed it. I cracked open a bottle of wine and watch the boys go to town. It was pretty impressive. Just so you know, not every meal on our trip was prepared on the back of a truck, this was a dinner prepare to satisfy my request (seriously).
Saturday night we enjoyed a fabulous meal from my favorite Italian restaurant of all time, Pagliuca’s. It was my only demand. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner with my family and a new friend. The evening was filled with too much food, tons of laughter, and probably one too many glasses of wine. That's a perfect evening in my opinion.
If your ever in Boston be sure to stop in for the Mike’s Special, Cioppino, and you can't leave with out having some of the best Tiramisu. Regardless of how stuffed you feel, it's a must! This little italian restuarant nestled in the heart of the north end provides a fantastic dining experience. You little feel like you are part of the family. Love, love, love this place!

Unfortunately, there are no pictures of the outfit I wore to Saturday night's dinner. I was far too busy enjoying every single delicious bit of my meal to entertain thoughts about my clothing. I apologize for the inconvenience!
So I have been doing this blog for almost 3 months now. I seriously would love to hear some of your feedback, leave a comment below!
That sounds delicious!! Glad you had a great mini vaca :).
