Crushing on Deer

I read this fashion article on Pinterest about the dressing requirements expected of J.Crew employees, it mentioned how they were encouraged to abide by the “law of threes”.  According to the article, this is J.Crew’s layering technique.  I thought I would give it a try to spice up a casual Friday button up. I think there’s something in this “law of threes”.  It definitely added a much needed element to my casual look and its easy peasy!

Still following the law of three!

I have always had this crush on deer figurines.  My Christmas decorations are almost all deer.  I love them! They hold a significant meaning but it’s a little too personal to share with the blogging world.  When I spotted this porcelain white deer head, I just had to have it.  I have an excellent idea on how to incorporate it into my living room but for now it makes an excellent jewelry display.
