Mini Vacation Continued…
On Monday, Wade and I traveled to Maine. It was so great, just the two of us exploring the state like we were 16 again. As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, the vacation was really low key. We drove to Maine visited the ocean again and gawked at all the amazing homes on the coast. We did a little shopping and then enjoyed a late lunch on the water. My life is really busy and so is my husband’s so it was heavenly to be able to spend a little one on one time together.
While admiring the beauty of the ocean, I forced Wade to take a photo of my outfit which turned into a mini photo shoot. This is completely embarrassing for me. I enjoy taking photos but I like being behind the camera. As I was running to get my camera back, Wade managed to snap a few pictures that were surprisingly good.

I decided to mash it up with some of my favorite items, the humane society tee is one of my frequent wears as well as the scarf. I wouldn’t normally picked out this t-shirt but it was staring me down while waiting in line and that sad face reminded me so much of our own pit that I had to purchase it. It was for a good cause, all proceeds benefit pit bull rescues. I added a pinch of glam with my Loft stone necklace. I totally love this look.
