Pink and Black

I am totally in love with really girly pieces mixed with a little bit of edge.  I think it’s a fantastic look! I attempted this last Friday with my hot pink skirt and my new Loft shirt that they practically gave me.  I have been searching for a black and white striped shirt so that I could recreate so many Pinterest looks but surprisingly, it wasn’t an easy item to find. You can imagine my delight when I found this shirt at the Loft and only paid $2.85 for it!

In order for you to get the full effect, you have to imagine that you just completed an hour of a tremendously intense yoga session. For the entire hour of the class, the room has been completely silent except for the controlled breathing of the participants. The entire savasana you sit soaking in the very powerful words of Christina Aguilera’s song You are Beautiful.  It was by far the most inspirational and motivational savasanas I have experienced in my mini yoga journey.  I left that class feeling so empowered.  On my way home, I thought about how every women needs to experience a powerful moment like this because…
